  • 2008: Founded Bob Lucido Team together with wife Tracy and just a small group of agents in Maryland.

  • 2014: Joined Keller Williams. // Became the #1 Keller Williams team in the world. // Opened first Bob Lucido Team office in Maryland.
  • 2015: Opened second Bob Lucido Team office in Maryland.
  • 2016: Opened third Bob Lucido Team office in Maryland. // Launched first location outside of Maryland by expanding to do business outside of Maryland. // Created Lucido Agency, name of expansion teams doing business outside of Maryland.
  • 2019: Launched first location outside of the United States by expanding into Canada, as Lucido Global Canada.
  • 2020: Sold 2,444 units and $896 million in volume of real estate across 2 countries, 12 states, and 1 province for 2020 annual production.
  • 2021: Opened own brokerage, Keller Williams Lucido Agency, in Maryland. // Rebranded parent company from Lucido Agency to Lucido Global, to allow for further growth. // Merged with Edie Waters Network, marking one of the largest mergers in Keller Williams history. Sold over $1 billion in volume of real estate across 2 countries.
  • 2022: Sold over $1 billion in volume of real estate across 2 countries for the 2nd year.
  • TODAY: More than 250 Lucido team members throughout 2 countries 15 states and 43 locations; recognized by REAL Trends and The Wall Street Journal as the #6 real estate team in the country.
